According to Schuler et al. (2013) eight stages:
Use of a creativity measurement for the participants
The basis for measuring creativity is the DBK-PG (Schuler et al. 2013). If potential is identified in an employee on one of the eight stages of the creativity process, we offer targeted support and encouragement for these stages.
Process of the Creavity Check measurement
The creativity check can be carried out for one person in an individual assessment or for groups of two to twelve people.
Scientific criteria of the creativity check
The procedure was standardized and constantly updated using a standard sample of over 2,000 people from a wide range of professional groups. All sub-areas of the creativity check meet the strict scientific requirements for a psychometric measuring instrument.
